Todays podcast is all about anger and how to control your levels if they are getting a little out of hand. Maybe you’re on the receiving end of somebody else’s anger and don’t understand why they act the way they do.

I’ll be discussing possible causes of anger problems and what you can do to help yourself or help somebody you know who currently has anger issues. If you are thinking of offering help to somebody with anger I suggest you firstly gage how they are and if they actually acknowledge they have anger before approaching them. I always tell my clients that before I will see them they must firstly have recognised their issue and want to change. This will stand for somebody dealing with anger issues also.
