Being obsessively compulsed to carry out a task or think a certain way is something most of used do everyday! Just to a different level and about 101 things. It’s when that compulsion begins to affect the way we live our daily lives and the people around us that this becomes a problem.

OCD’s are usually dealt with between 12 and 20 sessions, initially weekly and then bi-weekly, monthly etc.

How Do I Treat OCD’s

I use a range of interventions in order to treat OCD’s including, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and occasionally Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).d
