Treatment for Brain Disorders.

People suffering from a mental illness through an accident can often be left with brain damage or some kind of disability or brain disorder. Different parts of the brain can be affected, depending on which area has the malfunction or the part of the brain that has been damaged

This is turn can make an individual act differently from before, and also can disrupt that person’s life to point where they become dependent on someone to look after them, bathe them and help them to live their life.
Brain damage has often been diagnosed as incurable. However, miracle stories have been known.
The question is, if our bodies know how to grow and develop cells from a baby, then why can’t cells reform and recreate themselves in adult life when there has been damage?

Hypnotherapy, and other alternative therapies which accompany medicine, works on the brain to help it to realign itself and to adjust ways which we have learnt over the years, so imagine if by having hypnotherapy or Neuro-Linguistic Programming treatment for brain damage and brain disorders, people can once again live a normal life.

Our bodies are amazing places where we heal ourselves every day, and we have the ability to grow new parts to our bodies, learn new things and develop new skills. For example, if we cut ourselves, then skin heals over it to protect it, and if we break a bone then admittedly with some help from specialists we rectify the breakage.

So why is this not the same with brain cells?

There was a story I once heard about a guy who was mentally ill due to a serious accident and he was lucky to be alive. However, this man believed he was Jesus and insisted that he was to all, and for that reason was admitted into a psychiatric hospital where he spent a number of years claiming to be Jesus.

A hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner went to see the man on numerous occasions and sat with him throughout treatment to help him rehabilitate himself. After quite a few sessions the therapist concluded, if the man was perfectly fine before the accident, and the sudden shock changes his neurology, then maybe another guided sudden shock would bring him out? good emt stethoscope on Easter morning the therapist entered the man’s room and started to take measurements of the man, “arms out” he asked. Once all of the measurements we’re taken the therapist carried in some wood and started to make a large wooden cross in the mans room, on the floor. Once the cross was finished the therapist said:

‘’ok we are off’’
‘’where are we going’’ replied the man.
‘’Its Easter and we need to nail you to a cross and resurrect you for Easter as you are Jesus’’

The man looked hugely worried and paused for a moment. And then remarked in a lowered, yet quite sure tone:

‘’I’m not Jesus’’
“Of course you are” cried the therapist.

“No, No, I’m not”
‘’well who are you then?’’, asked the Hypnotherapist
‘’I’m …er er er. “And then muttered his name.

That man went on to continue with his life in a completely normal way, back at home where he belonged with his family and friends.

If massive neurological change happens when we experience a large emotional event, then equally when every other “by the book” therapy and medication has failed perhaps there is still a logical answer which can be quick and simple.

What else is achievable with Hypnosis and NLP?
