1-2-1 sessions are perfect for really understanding what your problem is and what kind of result you are looking for from therapy. During your personal 1-2-1 sessions with me we’ll discuss openly what you want to achieve, and then together, we will create the solution to allow you to overcome the issues that up until now have been causing you problems.

Sessions generally last between 45 to 60 minutes and involve a mixture of therapies from NLP, CBT and Hypnosis.

I run sessions from my own therapy room in my home which is much more confidential and comfortable for you the client, it is a comfortable room with easy access to facilities to make you feel relaxed and at ease when you arrive at your first session.

I keep my therapy room calm and relaxed during sessions and to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience I always ask that you turn off your phone before the session begins to ensure you don’t get disturbed at the wrong time.

To ensure you get the maximum benefit I ask that you arrive at the time discussed prior to booking and not early or late as I like to keep confidentiality of all clients and run sessions so that there is enough time in between to ensure there is no cross over of clients.
